Based on many years of experience and excellent networking in the industry in the Philippines, Solutionworld was commissioned to completely take care of the set-up phase of a new offshoring centre for software development in the banking sector.

In a record time of 9 months, we set up a completely new local organisation with 20+ hand-selected, already experienced software developers and the corresponding management structures. We also transferred an initially very dynamic office concept for rapid growth into a large office.

This enabled our client to provide services on the market from day one of the cooperation without having to worry about the entire set-up. In November 2018, the entire organisation was handed over to Synpulse as planned. This laid the foundations for strong and sustainable growth. By 2023, the organisation had already grown to 220 employees. Solutionworld continues to support the customer in an advisory capacity.
