NatWest is the large retail bank that is part of the RBS Group. With NatWest Invest, the bank has enabled its retail customers to make investments for the first time. This was realised through a new online platform with an integrated robo-advisor.

Solutionworld's involvement in the project included coaching in the agile project model, support in specifying the user journeys, responsibility for and monitoring the technical integration of all systems involved and planning the various go-live phases.

The successfully completed project has given the RBS Group a leading role in England's retail banking landscape, thanks to a far-sighted and early implementation of digital banking in the retail sector.
