The Swiss Wrestling and Alpine Festival, which takes place every three years, is one of the biggest sporting events in Switzerland. The stadium built especially for the event can hold 56,000 spectators, making it the largest temporary stadium in the world. With a total of 420,000 festival visitors over the three days, an ESAF record was set.

For this huge event, we designed and created a customised booking platform for camping, mass accommodation and parking. Visitors were able to book their preferred accommodation using simple input masks and pay directly online. In the admin dashboard, organisers were able to view orders, manage allotments and activate additional accommodation with just a few clicks, giving them a live overview of all bookings at all times. At the event, we supported admission control with a customised scanning app.
