Ever organised a trade fair? No? Neither have we - but we imagine it to be horribly complex. That's what Bikedays thought too, who, in the madness of Excel and telephony, could no longer see the wood for the trees. Exhibitor A wants electricity, exhibitor B wants wooden flooring, exhibitor C supplies its own flooring, so it's easy to lose track. Ok, of course it wasn't quite that bad, but the story sounds more exciting.

Together with Bikedays, we developed a customised tool that simplifies the organisation of trade fair bookings X-fold. Exhibitors can easily configure their stand, see the status of their order at any time and make changes with just a few clicks without having to pick up the phone. The organiser has an overview of the payment history at all times and therefore has clean bookkeeping.
